The breakdown service Duggan provided for us was absolutely brilliant..myself and husband broke down on a very busy road it was a very stressful experience as we couldn’t get anyone to help us when the police arrived they said time was the essence as there was every possibility we could cause an accident..I called Duggan they were very professional from the first phone call to getting us home we were kept us updated right up until assistance arrived .Danile arrived and the stress was lifted immediately he reassured us that we would be home in no time and loaded the vehicle on the wagon in very efficiently his conduct was very professional nothing but 5 star .when it came to paying for the service the amount we paid seemed a small price for such a great service very reasonable indeed would certainly give Duggan 5 stars without doubt .

Having broken down in a very stressful situation it was reassuring to speak to the person at Duggans Recovery of Newport, South Wales. The person I spoke to on the phone about the recovery of my vehicle was was friendly and professional and assured me that they could deliver my car to the Midlands the next day. My anxiety went.
I was kept informed during the day of the delivery and the car was delivered professionally on time by a polite and friendly driver.
All in all excellent service which I would recommend.

My van and trailer broke down on the motorway and Duggan Recovery were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They arrived quickly, handled everything professionally, and kept me informed throughout.

If you’re looking for 24/7 vehicle recovery in Newport, this is the team to trust. Fast response times, friendly service, and fair pricing. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency breakdown recovery or roadside assistance. A genuinely reliable and efficient service when you need it most.

Duggan Recovery is a fantastic company. Their competitors don't come close. Rory the operative is such a great guy. He really makes what is sometimes an awkward stressful situation of having your vehicle recovered and takes all the stress away. Spoke to the owner Dan a few times on phone to as had to use this service twice in space of four days and Dan is a great guy to. Very competitive rates .Very professional. I will only use this company from now on. Fantastic service thanks guys

I wanted to collect my car from Mercedes Benz Cardiff as main dealership didn't able to fix the car, I have given a call in the morning to arrange the car to be collected from MB before 12, and to drop by my house, the Operator came to collect the car was highly professional, punctual and extremely polite. From MB to Newport the price is also really reasonable,

I recently visited my parents in Newport, and my transfer box went on my car. I contacted the AA who said they were going to send someone out to recover my vehicle and transport it back to the BMW garage near me in Southport, where i live. This was on the Wednesday morning. Someone finally arrived at 8.10pm in the night, but they were unable to collect my vehicle because they couldn't get the truck into my parents street so they reassured me they would collect my car on the Thursday morning between 8am-10am and would send a smaller truck. However, by 9.30am i still hadn't heard anything, turns out the AA had cancelled my recovery because they thought the job had been done.
I then decided to contact chris spiteri and son, who were an absolute waste of time! Again, they said they were going to collect my vehicle but after waiting 4 hours, no one came, and when i contacted them, they couldn't give me a time frame.
I then decided to contact Duggan recovery after nearly 24hrs of being stuck at my parents and needing to get back home to Southport. I explained my situation and the fact that i had been let down by two other recovery companies. Cory was very understanding and helpful. He reassured me that he would be able to help. Within 30mins Dan arrived to pick my car up.
I can't thank them enough for their quick and speedy service. I would highly recommend them.
